We carry out counter appraisals exclusively in consultation
with the relevant co-expert and after prior agreement on the
appointment of a third expert.
Binding opinion
After receiving the Deed of Appointment, hearing both parties
and studying all the relevant documents and/or parts, we issue
a written opinion.
Terms and condition of repair and delivery, product
liability
To an increasing extent, we are approached by suppliers and
boatyards for advice in disputes that have arisen with regard
to terms and conditions, alleged faults or the work carried
out. We view this as a result of our good contacts in this
industry and also as evidence of the trust in our knowledge
and objectivity.
